I had a friend check it on FF3 on Linux and it works fine. Can you check with any other browser or other platforms? Just to see if it's a browser issue or something else is wrong.

An account in the system would work if your setup is publicly available. At lease we'll be able to see what is wrong and then I can point you in the right direction.

The public/assets folder is (and was) up to date. I ran a force-refresh and cleared my cache, and it still doesn't work. I'm running Firefox 3.0 on Linux.

Thanks,

Download installation package and make sure that content of /public/assets folder is up to date. Than force refresh the page (Ctrl + F5 on IE and FIrefox on Windows or Cmd + R for Safari and Firefox on Mac). That should reload all JavaScript and CSS and fix the problem.

PS: Which browser are you using?

It seems since upgrading to 1.1.2, something is maybe different about adding 'assignees' to a ticket, be it in the 'new ticket' or 'edit ticket' interface. The 'Assignees' header is there but the widget for actually adding assignees is gone. I've attached a screenshot; any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!
