I cannot count the times that I have copy-pasted an email into Basecamp when a client is too "lazy" to login. When Basecamp finally integrated respond to email - it was wonderful. It certainly improved productivity and made it much easier for client communication. This would be well worth integrating.

You would have to set up some sort of catch-all mailbox, and inside aC, be monitoring the box via a cronjob or some sort of POP3 PHP class. Sounds messy!

I think being able to send email messages to aC would be great. I used to like the way you could forward messages to highrise to make them the start of a new message/case.

If someone sends you an email it would be good to be able to 'forward' it to ac at a predefined address which would automatically create a new discussion containing the email contents.
