What I was trying to communicate was the following:
'Integrating' another work approval/sign-off app is going to be pointless - all these other apps are so simplistic that it'd almost be a waste of time.
I am suggesting a normal module; keeping the entire process within activeCollab would be much more effective and easy-to-use.

I agree Michael -- I think these tools have value in some ways but I'm not really needing any bells and whistles and would rather have something fully intergrated into the other ActiveCollab features -- also I'd prefer a one time fee concept vs monthly payments (I have enough monthly payments as it is! I love Saas still, but too many is a burden on cashflow :)
