Can't change date on a time record

I have put the wrong date on a time record. I can't seem to change it. It seems I have to trash the record and re-do it?

/projects/94/time?for=2142 - that is the kind of page I was hoping to edit it from.

Do you see an edit icon in the list (as shown on the screenshot)? When you change date on edit form and submit it, what happens?
