[Solved] Translation - Cannot create translation file

added a new Translation Language and selected it.
when selecting any of the Dictionary items from the pulldown and clicking on Submit I get this error:
"Cannot create translation file"

seems like you have to create a language directory ;-)
where is the language fields to change the Tabs???

They are not separated - check the translation page for every module and you'll find them.
