Hi Ilija et al,

Next time you're adding features (!)... could we have a "Post Comment & Close" button on the ticket comments...

I ask my staff to always post a comment on tickets before closing it explaining to the client (or person who raised the ticket) why it's been closed (hopefully cos it's fixed!!)... but that results in two emails going out: "Comment Made" + "Ticket Closed".

Tiny thing, but would be nice.

I was about to say - "Why? It's just one additional click" but completely forgot about notifications! It does make a lot of sense. We'll see what we can do about this.
