(Feature Request) Tickets Segmentation

Hi all,
Few little feature requests for the Tickets page if I may.
We use tickets probably more than anything else and I think these little things would make our lives even easier than aC does already! :-)
- Currently you have "Ticket Type" tabs on the right with tickets grouped by Milestone.
- - > Would be really nice to control the "Group" option... so you can view:
- - - > Group by Ticket Type (possibly with Milestone Tabs)
- - - > Group by Owner (primary assignee)
- Currently you have: Star | Priority | Ticket# | Name in the row representing the ticket...
- - > Would be great to have also "Due Date" ... with the little red/green highlighting
- - > Would be great to be able to Sort By due date instead of priority...
... I guess some of this comes from the fact that perhaps we don't use milestones as much as we could... we use the ticket ( and task ) due dates a lot and only really have milestones for key .. erm... milestones! Also, once the project moves from Production -> Maintenance the tickets are often little one-off things with a due date that have to fit in with a dozen other projects. Setting a milestone for every ticket would make things a bit laborious.
Thoughts??
