Hello,

is there a way to set comment private in a public ticket?
I am able to do it programatically but didn't find any way to do it by just clicking the mouse.
When I click on that red dot, only the information about who is allowed to see this comment is displayed.

There is currently no interface for marking single comments private in public discussion / ticket / page / file.

Although underlying code supports it that support is most probably not complete and does not work always as expected. Use at your own risk.

Thank you for reply and for warning.

Then, I will try to code it myself, with as small mods to aC core as possible (probably some route.php hacks).

I'd really like to see this option added --- if someone has developed something as a hack that is working safely please let me know.

Otherwise.. +100 on this feature, great for updating administrators on conversations that happen outside of active collab. i.e. talked via phone to client, and they said something relevant to the other team on a ticket but not necessarily something that you want the client to see your post about. And I think there would be a million other beneficial uses for this.
