Allow the ability to establish Yellow and Red jeopardy along with Green statuses to projects, and milestones. Allow overall status indicator to be visible on the project home page.

Concept here being, for projects with time/date constraints built into tasks/milestone dependencies, the ability to discern "at a glance" a project's health.

** Even an interim feature for the project manager to manually indicate this at the project level would be a big help!
