So you've got this contractor "A" signed onto this project... he/she's assigned 100 or so tasks/milestones/sub-tasks/tickets.... then the contractor turns out not being able to continue work with you / or is not doing the job right / whatever...
YOu need to hire a new member/ staff / contractor "B" , and replace all present assignments/responsibilites, etc.. with member "A"
