How can I view Closed Tickets?

1. How can I view closed tickets? When I click on tickets tab, all it shows are open tickets.

2. Can we show whom ticket is assigned to in the tickets listing page? Its very difficult to open each ticket to find out whom ticket is assigned to.

Click on the "archive" button at top right.

This is not possible without altering the files. Check out this topic to learn how Tickets page can be hacked to include more information.
