Problem with (missing) translation, even if strings are already translated

Hi all.

I've recently purchased aC and we're using the german translation from the download area. Everything works fine so far, but one issue appears and i don't know how to fix it:

- if a page navigation appears on a page (e.g. milestones overview oder projects overview), saying for example "Next page", this has not been translated into german "Nächste Seite" ALTOUGH there is a localization string for next page within the german translation file at module "system".

Can anyone help me with this?

You are right, this string is not localized in all files (in order for string to be localized it is not just enough for it to be translated, it needs to be printed through {lang}...{/lang} block).

Hi Ilija,

we're found a few other strings, which seem to be "hardcoded" within the templates. Maybe you can have a look on the templates and fix them to make it possible for us to get a real multilingual version up and running :)

P.S.: one of the strings was for example in "My Tasks" the text, which appears by clicking on the "info"-icon next to the filter select box. it says "

Dieser Filter zeigt:

* An derzeitigen Benutzer zugewiesene Aufgaben.
* Aufgaben aller aktiven Projekte

Tasks are ordered by Priorität, Höchste zuerst and system shows 30 tasks per page. "

Couldn't find that last sentence within the language file.

Thank you for reporting this, we'll check it out.

Please note that as much as we try to cover all strings, some just slip into release. There is no way to automatically determine localization coverage so the only way to find them is to have them reported by users. Not the best possible scenario, but the others we reviewed are even worst :)

Whenever you stumble upon something that cannot be translated using localization tools, please post here or send us an email (to support@a51dev.com) with exact string and page where it is displayed.

Just checked - string you pointed is covered with localization and should be part of resources module (check resources dictionary and let me know if it is missing - it shouldn't).

false alarm! Just couldn't find this string ;)
