One thing we find is that editing tasks (tickets and milestones also) requires a lot of repetitive clicking. If certain elements were easily editable on the view screen, rather than having to click Edit each and every time, that would be very helpful. Every day we create new tickets (by copying pre-existing ones) and have to edit dozens of task titles and due dates in rapid succession over and over; finding a way to streamline that process would save us hours.
Perhaps there's a way to merge the view and edit screens on some of these items?
