Hey there,

I've skimmed over the FAQ and the forums, although am in a bit of a rush and just hope to get a few quick anwers:

1.) Are multiple users supported? I do not have a design company, although have one or two designers that work with me a lot. Any way I can provide to them their own accounts on the Small Biz type?

2.) Do clients need to register or sign up for their own accounts? Once they have an account, can they modify their information, etc?

3.) With the Small Biz version, is there any way for the client to open tickets or support requests?

4.) With the Small Biz version, is the feature available to log time / hours?

This system looks amazing, it is the answer to all of my dreams. Hah.

Best,
