Fast ticket add module (add ticket from anywhere: mobile, popup, lightbox, sidebar)

I was missing a feature to add ticket quicly as much as possible, also with adding assignees, milestones, and projects. Also I needed to add this to Firefox sidebar.

So I made my first module.

Features:

- add ticket from anywhere (browsersidebar, mobile, popup, lightbox)
- after selecting Project, it automaticaly selects Milestones and Assignees via ajax request
- add a date
- very fast
- you need to login to add tickets

INSTALL INSTRUCTIONS: just upload files to server from zipped file Fast_add directory and enable from admin:
Actually there are to folders:
fast_add from activecollab goes to: activecollab\application\modules\fast_add
fast_add from public goes to: public\assets\modules\fast_add

Have you done so? If so, please go to Admin -> Modules and install it.

Use:
Go to Admin > Fast Add and follow given link
or just add for example to Firefox sidebar: http://WWW.AC-INSTALL-DIR.COM/public/index.php/fast_add (add tick in properties)

Add this to firefox sidebar:
# Create a new bookmark in your bookmark manager, or by right-clicking on your bookmark toolbar.
# Use http://WWW.ACINSTALLDIR.COM/public/index.php/fast_add for the location. Don't forget to change WWW.ACINSTALLDIR.COM
# Make sure to check the box that says "Load this bookmark in the sidebar

Did you by any chance missed to attach files or forum is not displaying attachments properly (we would need to check if that is the case)?

I've added screenshot in edit topic dialog, it was show in it, but it is not shown here. Now, then I pressed Edit, there is nothing left.

Great module! I'm confused though - how do I add this to the firefox sidebar? Also so you do any other custom paid module development?

I love the idea, I've downloaded the zip and uploaded the files but can't seem to get the page to load --- it appears to keep loading the main dashboard page. I have a subdomain directed to the site would that prevent this from working? activecollab.domain.com

Any assistance would be appreciated
