    <description><![CDATA[<p>I'm sure the definition varies from person to person.  Some people just use a bug tracking system like FogBugz to manage their projects along with their code issues<br />
<br />
For me I like a seperation.  Project Management is the umbrella that consists of tasks lists (with tasks), message board, time tracking, document storage, calendar with milestone, and bug tracker, to name a few....<br />
<br />
The bug tracking is a tool within the project management for me to specificly track &quot;just&quot; the bug and feature request for any code that has been written.  <br />
<br />
But that is how my brain works.  Doesn't work for everyone else.</p>]]></description>

Bot have milestones and tasks.  Project management has task lists.  Bug tracking has bugs lists -- feature, defect, etc.</p>]]></description>
