I must share with you how happy we are with this purchase and so are our clients. We only have a few that we have added to projects. We want to make sure that we are well versed before we open it up to all. But for the half dozen or so that are in and using it, we have had great response. We have been using ACT for years to manage projects but with aC we have the tremendous benefit of clients also being responsible to deadlines....gotta love that!!
For now we will continue to use Kayako for general support tickets, aC for project management and ACT will be used for the sales pipeline like it is intended.
So thank you for not only a great product but for the quick response to the couple of support requests we had during the process. The product is worth every penny and will pay for itself...business is all about communication and this is an awesome communication tool.
