Yes, modifying the form is an option of course... maybe a new module with the language options etc

One solution is to create email inboxes that accept emails from anyone.

Then in the public submit form, you just email the info with a regular form rather than the public submit form that comes with AC.

This way you have no limits to the number of projects you can submit to.

Even easier if you create a dropdown on the form that selects the value of the email you're sending to.

Make sense?

Ok thanks for the info... I think with some additional options (or the ability to create multiple public submit forms (maybe when you create a project) this could be a great addition.

1. Public Submit can send tickets to any project only. You can create inbox project and than move tickets to specific projects after review.

2. activeCollab currently does not support language change unless user is logged in (in which case, language is read from users settings). Anonymous users will be served in default language. We'll consider adding support for per session language settings, but I can't promise anything at this point.

1. Am I missing something or can you only setup the public submit for for one project at any one time? If so, how do others use this form when you have multiple clients and different projects?

2. If we set our default for AC to French and someone from the public domain comes in, they see it in French. While this sounds reasonable, we have clients all over and this form doesnt offer any option to change the language. Any chance it can be set to read the users browser settings or an option in the admin when the public submit is enabled/setup?
