As for the auto update in Reports module - I was thinking more on the lines of a screen in a dev lab that demonstrates project progress. Since it may be fixed to one project, it may be wise to keep refreshing the reports every 15 minutes - instead of the daily update. But well.. guess this will be all too much. So let's leave that out!

Will think about more space for Planning module.

But Flash player security restrictions do not allow keyboard entry in full screen mode. So there won't be much advantage of going full screen in Planning module. To work around this, we have added "Focus mode" and the Text Import system. They are not perfect solutions, but still help.

As for Reports module, sure, going full screen can add value. We've imagined Reports module running on a large screen in the dev lab! That may also require us to add an "auto update every 15 minutes" system! Would that be useful?

We do not even plan to show ticket comments in the card view. We would like the Planning module to focus on project planning. activeCollab does a great job on collaboration / communication.

Yes, it's a feature! "Unassigned Milestone" is the milestone to hold all items that do not have a milestone assigned yet. You can hide these items from the settings menu in top right.
