Just a small thought on positioning of the Subscriptions field/data. I've always felt it belongs in the head section, so decided to write about it.
The head section of the Tickets page (the definition list with class=properties) is what I'm talking about - It has all the data like Assigned to, Status, Priority, Category etc... To me Subscribers field would be right at home there... but instead it floats below a amongst comments, and larger item data.
I attached an image which shows the Subscribers field displayed on some of the pages within aC. You can see the top left (Discussion page) is the odd one out - but to me that's the correct place for it. I would like to suggest moving it up there for all items.
Yes, we know that it may be a bit confusing because there is no single place to look for subscribers. We'll see how this can be addressed. This information is important, but not important enough to be above the content.
For me subscriptions is important - important enough to see it permanently in the head section (class=properties).. You would also save about 30/40px in overall page length. I hope it will be considered :)
