I would like the same exact thing. I was just looking through the PHP source code for the Calendar object to see how difficult it would be to add it myself, but it seems to be outside of my skill set.

The calendar currently just shows the due date for the Milestone. Since the start date is defined, it would be great to not only have a Gantt chart view as previous poster suggested but also to have it span across multiple days in the Calendar view, much like a multi-day appointment in Google Calendar or Yahoo or Outlook is shown to "stretch" across several days.

This layout is a calendar type view but looks more like a spreadsheet, bar graph. I have attached a image I found of the type of thing I am talking about.
