I thought I saw another post in this regard, but could not find it.

It would be "amazingly handy" to see who is responsible for a ticket in the ticket summary list....

It happens VERY frequently that users don't see that others are assigned to a ticket and try to resolve the WRONG ticket.

Is this a hack we have to make ourselves (it seems like such an obvious issue....)?

We'll consider it for one of the upcoming releases. In the meantime, you can hack the system to display that info if you need it.

Would just like to add a ++1 for this request.

It would dramatically enhance the value of the tickets if:

- assignees were shown on ticket list
- category was shown on ticket list
- there was an option to show only 'uncategorized' tickets

Forgot to mention - the category of a ticket is NOT shown on the ticket detail page. This is a significant oversight, hopefully you guys can straighten this one out quickly. Thanks!

Hi. Can someone point me to the file to edit so that I could view the Assignee & Due Date when I'm in the ticket summary page?

Template for main tickets page is index.tpl in /activecollab/application/modules/tickets/views/tickets folder.
