I have just set up email on 2 account to create a discussion, both emails tested out fine, they are arriving into the admin panel - however it is not creating the discussion?
Before continuing, please make sure that you have scheduled tasks configured and running. If you do, please check if incoming mail reported any conflicts for given messages. It is possible that message body or subject are missing and that results in system not being able to create new discussions.
