Excited to see the results of this system --- I didn't see mention whether this is a digest or individual notifications per upcoming task... hoping it's a digest!

I would love to see a feature like the one mentioned by Milos --- sending daily until due date, ideally -- I would love to see this module grow to allow each user to customize their settings within a range allowed by the admin. I.e. Minimum allowed by admin is 2 day reminder only, so they have to at least have a reminder 2 days out by default but can be configured to include 6 days out and repeat reminders daily etc for some users. I can see how some would not want ongoing reminders but others would want it and it would be crucial. The settings being locked into one specific setting would be a good start but if one user wants one level of notification and the others prefer something less or more frequent it would be better to have a range of allowed settings set by the admin and adjusted per user.

Really glad to see this development started, thanks for sharing it. To me this is a big missing piece to the AC workflow puzzle.

Hi Valdemar,

We installed this recently and I've been testing. Great module, we really need this functionality and I'm glad to have it!

Two questions:

1. Notification doesn't appear to work for tasks. Is this correct/intentional? Because this would be helpful, but perhaps as an option- I could see where some people might only want notifications at the ticket level but not for tasks.

2. I received notification for the test tickets I created in order to test this feature, but didn't receive notification for some "real" tickets that were created before installing the module but that had due dates after installation. I'm sure there are other factors that differentiate the tickets that generated notifications from those that didn't. Any suggestions?

Again, thanks for creating this. I also like the digest idea others have mentioned, and would like the option to have repeating reminders on past-due tickets. And perhaps past-due items should also generate a notification to the project leader? Just a thought/nice-to-have...

I am on an extended 30 day trial and wanted to know why this wouldn't be integrated as an Available Module for use in the Modules section of the Admin.

Current active-Collab Version: 2.3 corporate

Thanks

Only modules that are part of official release (basically, modules developed and support by A51) are available in hosted demo. Custom modules, translations and themes are something that you get access to when you get the system up and running on your own server.

In all of our reminder notifications, the keyword Object appears instead of due dates, such as:

This is a friendly automatic reminder. Milestone 'Do Stuff' in the 'Your Project' project is assigned to you and is due Object.

Does anyone have suggestions on what might be causing the issue? Here's what the email template looks like:

Hi,

This is a friendly automatic reminder. :object_type ':object_name' in the ':project_name' project is assigned to you and is due :due_on.

Does anyone know if this module is still being supported? It doesn't look like the developer's site is active...
