When using the "Send Reminder" feature, it seems to be very limited. By this I mean that I can't select a number of people who are part of a ticket and send them reminders.
What I'd imagine it to do is be able to select any number of users you want, not just the predefined ones that are there. Maybe the "Select user" drop down can be a multi select or something similar to what was done when creating new tickets and assigning users.
Reminder can be sent to different groups of people:
1. Assignees
2. Subscribers
3. People who commented on a specific ticket or discussion
or to a single person. There is no other option for setting up groups of recipients. If you wish to send a reminder to more than one person, but the group does not match the above groups, send reminders to each person manually or simply post a comment.
Sending a reminder to each person would be VERY time consuming, and the reminders that I would like to send do not warrant for a comment to be posted.
This shouldn't be in the community support as I know what is currently available. I was looking at the possibility of this being extended within the core, as I think it would be beneficial to a lot of people.

Any thoughts?
