There is no way to limit assignments at the moment - person who creates an assignment (task, ticket, milestone etc) can assign any person involved in the project to it.

I think this is just a matter of good communication. Just tell the client that he is not helping if he assigns the task to everyone. Instead, project leader will get notified when no people is assigned so he'll assign them later on.

Now that my client started to log in to my aC to create ticket (which is a good sign), but he is also helping himself by assigning the ticket to entire of my team. And all my team members who involved in the project started to ask me if they should act on it.

To avoid such confusion, I'm hoping to disable the assignment of ticket, but I can't find the setting in neither system role or project role.

Is this something no one has brought up before?
