We are experiencing issues in tickets when hyperlinks are pasted in. They get turned from something like this http://www.myhyperlinkgetscut.com into http://www.myhyperlink.....cut.com
This is a known issue. Please check this topic for details. Fix for this issue is available in first comment and we'll have everything properly covered with the next bug fix release (v2.1.2, still no due date set).
