Fix for textarea fields stretching too far in Safari 4

Here is the fix for textarea fields stretching too far in Safari 4. After unpacking the archive attached to this post, upload the extracted files like this:

* app.js to /public/assets/javascript/
* tiny_mce_init.js to /public/assets/javascript/tinymce/

After you upload the files, force fresh the page (press Ctrl + F5 on Windows or Cmd + R on a Mac while in your browser).

Fixed in activeCollab 2.1.2.

This fix does not seem to work for Chrome. I applied the fix and also upgraded to activeCollab 2.1.2 and neither seemed to work for me.
