The auto scrolling comment textarea bug in Safari 4 can still appear to be present after upgrading even if you delete the cache files. I had to directly refresh a page with a comment box on it in order for the new javascript to be applied.

I experienced this Safari 4 bug Retouch mentioned. Upgraded to 2.1.2 and the problem went away just fine.

Running the latest version of Safari 4.

Has there been any solution to this? I've cleared cache several times, both in my browser and my FTP folders per instructions with no luck. My clients are going to use this tomorrow and I'm concerned that they'll have the same problem. Please update the community.

@mohonrim

Safari 4 is covered with activeCollab 2.1.2 and if you are experiencing the same problem after the upgrade, it's most probably due to incomplete upgrade. Make sure that latest /public/assets files are up. The best way to ensure this is to delete or rename /public/assets folder and than upload entire copy from installation package.

If you are using Chrome, problem still exists in it. Please check this post for fix until it's covered with the next release.

@Ilija

Yes, it was the Chrome problem. Thank you for posting a solution.
