Maybe I should be able to find this in an obvious place but how do I determine the version of the activeCollab that I have installed?

I installed it the day it came available on Dreamhost but just started using it regularly this week. Now I want to know if there is a new version to install.

Also, what is the upgrade process?

If you installed it using Dreamhost one click installer then you are using activeCollab 0.6. New version displays version information in the footer, but it is not available for the download yet...

You will be notified about the updates (if you provided a valid email adress when you registered on the forum).

Great. Thanks! I look forward to updates and new features. I would especially like to be able to add multiple tasks etc. without page refreshes. Ajaxy goodness required I'm sure.

My problem with AJAX is that I want to do it right, and that requires full and working API and that requires time ;)

Could there be a feature added (on an opt-in basis in the admin) for noting the current version (perhaps in the footer somewhere or even as a link like /version that pulls up lots of basic information about the installation environment and app statistics)? I know there will be a few other features added, so perhaps there will be a new tab under Administration that would be a nice home for this option amongst all the other new ones.

Amazingly, I was wondering this same thing a few days ago on an installation that had been dormant a few weeks and then suddenly active. :)
