Repositories are updated on frequently Scheduled Task. You can also update the repository manually by clicking on Update button when you visit its details page.

We totally agree about that. To tell the truth, e-mail notifications weren't changed nor improved since they were added to the module for the first time :-/

But, they will be improved in the next release.

We have tested a lot of similar products, apps, and services before choosing this. None have been perfect, but aC is not overloaded compared to most similar apps. If you want simpler, there are free options available too.
