Sorry, there is currently no automated Basecamp importer. Regarding CSV import, there are no built in tools that let you import data in that format, but you have full access to the database as well as <a href="http://www.activecollab.com/docs/manuals/developers/api" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">activeCollab API</a> so you can use that to import data.</p>]]></description>
