Threaded comments

I think there needs to be threaded comments. So often there are replies to a specific person and it's so much more organized when you can easily see the response to one person's comment.

I understand that it gets complicated having n-level deep threads. I think even just one level deep would be a huge improvement.

I totally agree... it would be great to have threaded comments.

Also, I'd like to be able to have a running discussion for a specific task. For example, my client adds me a bug report in a task, yet I go in and can't repeat the error. I'd like to be able to discuss this within the task, with a threaded discussion.

I hesitate to bring up competitors, but BC does that...

My comments get long on tickets as well. It would be great to clearly see what comment and conversation we are replying to on a ticket when we may be having several discussions on one ticket.
