Group tickets by category or milestones without due date

I have the same issue as dfeusinger. I use tickets as higher-level tasks, organized into Milestones, but the Milestones force me to set a deadline. I set arbitrary deadlines to appease the program, and after a while my Dashboard is cluttered with "overdue" Milestones that I never intend to complete.

My guess is that this is what Categories are designed for, but only Milestones (unlike Categories) become headers/separators on the main Tickets tab.

I think it would be great if either of the two were available:
- Give us the option of organizing the Tickets tab by Category instead of by Milestone, or
- Give us the ability to set a Milestone without a deadline.

I was wondering if you had any plans to work this into the next release? This continues to be a pretty major usability problem for me, affecting my work flow on a daily basis and impacting the overall usability of activeCollab.

+1 I'd like to add my support to this request, we use the milestones in some projects as organizational tools for the tickets but the dates are not important for the milestones and are confusing because they show up in the "upcoming milestones" area of the overview page.

If there was a way to make milestone dates optional that would be great --- or create another object that could be used in a similar way for visually organizing as the categories serve one purpose but an additional layer would be beneficial ... especially with the drag and drop capabilities, that's what makes the Milestones so great for organizing in the Ticket area.
