It would be great, in a future release, when uploading files (either in tickets or files) that you can select multiple at one time and have the upload function handle it.
If you have 10+ files to upload for 1 ticket, this comes in extremely handy. 1by1 uploading takes forever but has the advantage of putting descriptions or comments. If there was a "Upload Multiple Files..." button or link then perhaps a more "bulk" upload could be done.
