I am really struggling every time i want to change a ticket from public/private or vice versa i need to :
1) click on ticket tab
2) click on ticket iself
3) click on edit
4) click private/public
5) click to save
6) click back on tickets
7) start all over again
Is there any way to add to the development roadmap to add a make private/public checkbox on the page that lists all tickets? (point 1) above?
When on Tickets page, select tickets that you want to change (by clicking on the checkboxes on the right) and than select Visibility > Private or Visibility > Normal from "With Selected ..." drop-down at the bottom of the list (as outlined on the screenshot). Click Go and all tickets that you can change will be updated.
