someone made a ticket with a file attached to it.
now when we try to see that ticket we get an error

Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 37748736 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 15488 bytes) in /home/xxx/domains/xxx.xxx.xxx/public_html/activecollab/angie/functions/general.php on line 956

anyone know how to fix this?
