    <description><![CDATA[<p>I see in the Subtask API where it references &quot;assignees (array)&quot; in the description of the subtask api methods.<br />
<br />
However, looking at the XML, I don't see a node where you can pass user ID's.<br />
<br />
I see the 'created_by' and 'modified_by' and 'completed_by'...but what about assignees?<br />
