Thanks. I think I looked at a task that had multiple assignees. Probably my mistake. It was a just quick test clicking on jobs that were showing up in my task bar. I'll come back to it in when I have some time.

Hmmm. not showing up eh? Weird.

Did you try out the time entry and task entry areas?

Currently you can only assign tasks to yourself. This is due to a limitation in the activeCollab API. It only gives access to a given user's ID and it's impossible to get a user's name, profile info, etc. I actually had functionality ready to go to assign tasks to users but removed it in the end because it would cause confusion. Here's some examples:

Hi Rick,

Interesting. Task that show in my assignments in AC did not show in your app. Not a big deal I'll give it another go on a later release.

An app that speeds time entry and task management would have value to us.

@Rafi & @Infield - Thanks for taking the time and posting feedback. I appreciate it! I'd love if you posted things on the support site as well so others there can see it as well.

@Rafi:
1) I see what you're saying about. Great suggestion, thanks!
2) Agreed.
3) Yes my early testers said the same thing. I'm actually migrating the app from Adobe AIR to a much more native platform which will will support some sweet system tray stuff.

@Infield
- I've had a couple others mention that. It will be an option in the preferences to show / hide inactive projects. The companies I've been working with needed to see the inactive projects because of their workflow. Thanks for pointing that out.

- On the timeclock, the only tasks that show up are the ones assigned to you. I went back and forth with this as some of the companies I work with didn't want their contractors seeing ALL the tasks, only the ones assigned to them. What would you prefer in your scenario?

- Regarding the size of the app, I just hide it until I need it. I understand what you mean. The app actually has the functionality of reading discussions, status, and tickets, it's just disabled in the BETA right now because of some issues with the activeCollab API. Having support for discussions, tickets, files, pages, etc. is the goal of the app as well, not just the timer, so that's why it is rather large.

Just signed up. Nice start, good looking interface. Nice to see some development in this space.

Bugs:
- It lists archived jobs in the time sheet selection list. A big non-starter for me.
- I don't see tasks showing up in the tasks list.

The interface is a bit large for an app that should be left open all day. It was only $9 but the free acTimer is still a better fit for me. Let me know when you do an update and I'll give it another chance.

Hi Rick. I purchased your software, works good. I have a few design issues:
1) When you select a project, the task/ticket list is not ordered by any way. Tasks that should be under their respective ticket appear at the top, and just looks like an unorganized _long_ list...
2) The timer looks weird without leading zeros!
3) For someone who just need the timer, the size of the application window is so big.. What about some mini-mode? Minimize to tray?

Thanks.
