Thanks! You guys are awesome!! For the time being, fortunately, you had the foresight to allow creation of a PDF so I just went ahead and saved the PDF and emailed it to her. :)

Well I can't speak for any other aC users, but I think since there's already a dropdown to CHOOSE who to send the invoice to, the program should grab ALL the emails/users associated with that client. I think that makes it more flexible since sometimes the person who is managing the project on the client end is NOT always the person who received the invoice. In my case, it is. The person I want to receive the invoice, and who is taking a lead role on the client's side of helping us develop the site -- even tho she is listed as a Client Company Manager, her name does not and never has appeared in the client email list when creating and finalizing an invoice. That's the odd part.

You still have login rights, I believe, if you need to take a look on my end. Thanks!

Hi pixelita,

current limitation is that email notification when invoice is issued can be sent only to people who are company managers.

Do you think that this limitation is unnecessary or irrational?

I'm using the Invoicing Module for the first time. The client at issue has two users. One user I moved from another project to this one, because (1) the other project is concluded and is archived; and (2) she is taking the active role in this new project rather than the other user. She appears in the project as a Client Company Manager.

The problem is that when I created an invoice, the only person who appeared in the email notification choice was the other user. I then decided to delete him completely, and now no one shows up as a choice to send an email invoice to. Why would this be, when this other user clearly shows up as being assigned to the project. Thanks for any help.
