I believe this is fixed in the most recent version of ACFinder but I came across a width issue when using it with the Modern theme on the original download.

Personally I don't use quickbooks so I'm not using Billing module... I prefer Blesta for my payment system, I also thinking of making a module for Blesta and AC so they could work together :)
