For the last 2 months our AC install has not been working when our clients (our us) reply to an email sent from the system "REPLY ABOVE THIS LINE". We have ruled out most potential causes like operating system and mail client (we have sent from multiple windows systems and macintosh as well as our web-based squirrel mail.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
