I use the Incoming Mail module, which allows me to respond to tickets directly via email by hitting Reply. However, when I do so from the built-in email client on my Verizon/Motorola DROID, the resulting comment simply says "NO CONTENT" or "CONTENT NOT PROVIDED", I can't remember which.

We have this problem too from a few mail clients (including Apple Mail, Android's mail client, and an Exchange web-based service). Are there any more details regarding this issue? Seems like a showstopper to me.
