    <description><![CDATA[<p>We have this problem too from a few mail clients (including Apple Mail, Android's mail client, and an Exchange web-based service). Are there any more details regarding this issue? Seems like a showstopper to me.</p>]]></description>

    <description><![CDATA[<p>I use the Incoming Mail module, which allows me to respond to tickets directly via email by hitting Reply. However, when I do so from the built-in email client on my Verizon/Motorola DROID, the resulting comment simply says &quot;NO CONTENT&quot; or &quot;CONTENT NOT PROVIDED&quot;, I can't remember which.<br />

Has anyone else encountered the same problem?</p>]]></description>
