Moving 0.7.1 installation from one server to another

Hi
I have activeCollab 0.7.1 set up on 1 server and I need to move it to another. The second server will be accessed by a different domain name.
Is it as simple as:
a) move all the documents that have been uploaded under the first installation to the appropriate directory under the second
b) copy the MySQL database from the first server to the second
c) update any domain-related config settings accordingly
Or will this approach land me in a mess?
The "public/upgrade" scripts don't seem approprirate as I'm not upgrading from an older version; just moving the same version to a different server.
Any ideas how I can best achieve this>
Thanks
Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,
The steps you listed should do just fine. Simply upload activeCollab to the new location, install it and than move the files, database and configuration from the old server.
