PS: What did you do exactly and which version of activeCollab do you use? We have covered a lot of cases which can result in administrators losing their permissions, but maybe we missed something.
Hey Ilija, I have contacted the tech support and I am awaiting for a response. I am using the latest version of AC.
What did I do?
I changed my own permissions to "no admin" in the permissions section and now there's no user with admin privileges within my system. After I did it,it immediately took me to a "forbidden" web page when trying to go to the admin page.
This problem can only be fixed by AC support so, had to give my FTP access data and they fixed it quickly. They say it is a glitch they are working on. Thanks.
I think this shouldn't be allowed by AC but, apparently, it is.
How can I fix this?
