Search Function .. ?

Is there any search function besides 'Tags' whereas if there are 100's of Projects going on all at once, a field can be populated to pull up the relevant query.

This would be different than TAGS because a search may not need a keyword derivative.

Sometimes i don't see things that are staring me in the face....it's true.
I noticed right after I posted that question that the Search Function is a Global Tab up top.

I'm just used to seeing it as a Field that needs to be populated 1st rather than a click-able tab that opens to a field.
