I ran the upgrade scripts and activecollab halts on:
Update mailing configuration options
Error: Query failed with message 'Duplicate entry 'mailing_native_options' for key 1'
and an email gets sent with
Error: Query failed with message 'Table 'db37692_ac_cmsi.cmsi_user_sessions' doesn't exist'
