Looks a lot like the existing ticket module in ac.

Using my customized fields module can give you additional fields to tickets.

Using appmagnets ticket plus module can give you additional status to tickets and notifications about status change.

I think only thing left is make it appear on the calendar.

Hi,

we need somebody who is willing to write a new custom module for us.
Please read this offer. Think about how much time you will need for this module and how much it will cost.
Then please send us an offer via PM or email (janiczek@shr.cc).

Outline:
The new module should add a new tab to AC, besides „Files“, „Milestones“ or „Tasks“

There it should be possible to create something like a new task for an event with the following fields to be filled:

-Name of the event
-Pick a date for the event (which will be stored in the calendar with the name mentioned above and everybody involved should be able to see this event in his calendar.
-A Text Box
-A row with to fields:
First a field for Strings
Second a field for integer
An “add more” button which as another row of this kind (with no limits of rows)
-A second text box

Furthermore it should be possible to assign people to this „event“ by checking a box besides their names. The list of people shall be generated from those who are involved in the affected project.

After the task is created, those people who are assigned shall be able to change the status of this task
from „open“ to „in process“ or „done“.

If a event is created, those people who are assigned as responsible, shall get an email as a notification. Also if the status of an event was changes everybody who is involved should be notified via email.

In the main view of this new tab should be a list of all tasks where the name and the status of the task is visible.

The attached pictures shall give you a little hind this module may look.

Thank you very much and best regards,
