Took me forever to find this button below the open tickets. Make more sense from a UI point of view to put the archive as the second side tab (Below "All Open Tickets")
+1 --- I agree making it easier and more visible would be a great idea. One of my clients actually posted a Ticket the subject is Archive is at the bottom --- because they have so many tickets or projects etc and they were new to the program and kept forgetting where it was. Clever work around on their part to get familiar but not ideal for sure.
